Heat-stable egg yolk powder
Mainly used in the mayonnaise industry because of its thermal stability and excellent emulsifying properties
Egg yolk powder
Used for the production of sauces, mayonnaise, pasta, bakery and confectionery products, ice cream, cakes and other products where egg yolk is required
Egg white powder, high-gel
It is used as an ingredient for the preparation of confectionery, bakery, meat products, and in the production of Surimi.
